How to replace rear door!?

Hello everyone,

I have a 2005 TL requiring the two (rh) passenger side doors to be replaced. The previous owner's wife side swiped a parking pole and was never repaired, over the years the damage has become rusted. The damage is far too extensive to consider repairing so I have found replacements at a junkyard. The front passenger door looks easy enough, 5 bolts and a harness. Looking at the rear door, where is the harness? Do I have to remove the interior door panel to access the harness?

You access the pillar between the two doors form the inside. Everything you need to get to will be there.

No you don't. I did that, waste of time.

Remove door panel
Remove door swingy thingy
Pull on rubber where harness is to take it out of the car, unplug harness
Remove door hinges

Strongly recommend another pair of hands to hold the new door while you bolt it. I hulked it out alone, it was stupid trying to hold a door and bolt it at the same time.

Don't forget to adjust door if it doesn't close properly. Mine did just fine.
