How to remove fuel rail?

Hi. First off, I'll admit that I'm not the most mechanically sound person, but I'm wanting to do my own car repairs. My 3rd gen Acura is throwing a P0325 code, which is the knock sensor. After watching some videos and reading the service manual, the knock sensor is located underneath the intake manifold. I managed to get the intake manifold off, but in order for me to reach the knock sensor, I need to remove the fuel rail. I can't figure out how to do this. I removed the two bolts holding down the rail, but it won't come off and I don't want to force it off and break something. Do I need to remove both fuel rails? Is there something else I need to remove before I can remove the fuel rail? Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

1. Get yourself service manual. This thing helps everybody no matter how much they know about cars.
If you have 2007 or 2008 TL get one from here: https://acurazine.com/forums/3g-tl-p...needed-962827/ post #5

2. If there is no bolts holding the rail, then it should be free to go. Most likely injectors are stuck inside the intake. In order to avoid breaking stuff, spray some PB blaster / liquid wrench / wd40 around the injectors. You can also try to twist the injectors to free them up. Then wiggle the rail, try to pull it on one side, etc.

3. When putting it back together, put some grease/oil on the injector seals so they slide into the intake easier.

You can also take a look at:

around 7:00 minute

Yup, I already have the service manual in PDF, that's how I managed to take off the intake manifold Yeah it does seem like the injectors are stuck in the intake. I didn't want to give it too much muscle pulling it out in fear of breaking something and wasn't sure if there was anything else I needed to remove. I'll try the twisting them loose and the other things you mentioned. Thanks!

The rails will lift if you just pull on them firmly. But it's best you relieve the fuel pressure first so you don't get fuel all over the place. Pull a fuse in the driver's side fuel panel for the fuel pump, then crank engine a few times to do this.
