How much would it be to paint this?

It's hard to tell from the picture if that's just a scuff that can be buffed out or a scratch that actually made it through the paint.
Typical rule of thumb is if you slide your finger nail across the scratch and your finger nail catches than the scratch is too deep to be polished and buffed out which means it will require repainting.
Price to get it repainted varies greatly by location. I believe typical bumper paint jobs will run you anywhere from $150-$250

Just saw your second picture. It looks like the second picture you may be able to buff it out. The first picture looks like the scratch actually went down to the primer of the bumper which may require repainting
How did they hit you? Backing out of a parking spot? I ask because the scuffs are in odd places.

if it's just the bumper, a quality repair and full bumper paint will be between $400 - $500.. I've tried the cheap 200$ touch up, blend, with a full clear coat before and that peeled and had to be redone the correct way a year later.
Someone hit me last thursday and I put in in the shop the next day. Got it back saturday for $150. Popped the dent and painted. Granted I know the guy guy pretty well and he usually does any job I need for a flat $150.
Id say about $450-$500 like mvp said. I work as an estimator at a Mercedes/Acura/Subaru body shop in Little Rock AR. Because its so close to the quarter panel, they'll have to 'tint' the paint to make it match properly, and that takes extra material and time. Id say if you want it to look right, pay the extra money man. Generally a larger body shop charges more, but if you ever have any problems with it, they'll fix it for free. We warranty our paint as long as the customer owns the car.
Good luck with the repair!
