$350 sounds about right for the reasons you stated

How much to pay for used snow tires?
I'm buying my friend's Bridgestone Blizzak LM-22 snow tires. He used them one season (about 6,000 miles) on his TL, and then decided to buy a MDX instead, largely b/c of the poor winter traction of the TL (he lives on a hill in "lake effect" snow country; see below for why I might not have the same problem with my 6MT!).
Assuming his tires are the stock 235/45-17 size (have to check), they currently list for a pricey $171 on tire rack. So about $700 shipped. My thinking is that the first season is by far the best for snow tires, and that I'll probably only have two more winters out of these (plus, I'll have to get the mounted and balanced more quickly than if I bought new). So I'd say about $350 or $400 maximum would be a fair price. What do you think?
