How much is my TL worth now?

Mine is the full A-Spec, about 4 months old, and has 4,000 miles on it.

Any idea how much it'd be worth now?

$34595 private party sale according to Kelly Blue Book....assuming Navi and Manual Trans...

Note...your car is used now.....no longer new. It is GOING to be "upside down" loan-wise, most likely, unless you put a large amt down.

even tho kelly blue book has it listed as 34K expect a good amount less cause not many buyers are gonna pay that much when for a little more they can get a new one.

Thanks for the input, folks.

I haven't got anything particular in mind at this moment, but I'm just looking around and checking out some of the new '06 models from various makes. The TL's a great car, but it's not the only great car out there.

And it's okay if I lose a bit of money. That's to be expected. I just wanted some ballpark figures as to how much.

Thanks again.

kbb is just a guide and very inaccurate

if you want to know current value go to a carmax store, they will give you a print out of what one is selling for
and kbb doesnt count for a-spec
due to flooded market my guess is around 29k to 30 k
you can get a 06 for around 31500 to 32000
have some one steal it you will get more from ins,,lol

Not a great idea. Had my GSR Integra stolen (replaced it with TL) and insurance company raised my rate $400 / year just because of the theft.

It's been my experience that carmax (twice) used kbb's trade-in, good-condition value for their numbers -- unless the car is pristine, then they'll use excellent value.

They could have changed the way they do things since I went last, but they gave me a kbb printout for their quote.

Yep...you are right....KBB doesnt count for A-spec kit...but IMHO....mods are usually money out the window, unless it is something majorly exotic?

$27,800.00 as a trade in, $29,000.00 as a private sale, dealer will sell it for
$31,000.00 per edmonds, but I think that is quite higher then you could actualy get.

in the north east most dealers used GALVES for there trade books. they seem to be the most realistic numbers. the aspec isn't really an add in the retail market, cost like four grand and keeps maybe 500 in residual value... if that. don't get me wrong the aspec is hot, but it's like any other after market item.
