I was wondering how many feet of felt/moleskin tape to buy for tinting my windows, Im pretty sure its the 1/2" width I need. I guess I could just buy a bunch extra as its only $0.69 a foot.

Measure the windows, take the total and multiply by 2 (most people use 2 for each window, 1 on each wiper), add a few feet for the one you might mess up, and buy a little extra.

You don't need to multiply it by 2...The 1/2" Felt is more than enough to cover both wipers. As long as you don't mind cutting the felt width wise you should be fine with one piece for each window. I didn't even bother cutting it and just put one piece over both wipers. Works fine for me.
