Can the 08 Type S owners let me know how much you paid for your car? I just went to the dealer today and they were stubborn as usual. One of them even told me that the 08 doesn't come with manual just because they didn't have them in stock. Just proves how scandalous they can be... Anyways, I appreciate it if you can tell me what kind of kick ass deal you got for your type S. Thanks.

2008 Typ-S ASM $36,138 ($400 over invoice) at Jackson Acura in Alpharetta, GA. which included trunk liner, splash gurads, wheel locks and supposed paint sealant. Shop around. 08 invoice is abotu $100 higher than 07 invoice as is MSRP. Where are you located?

My local dealer won't budge from $36500 for an 08. There currently is a $2500 dealer incentive on the 2007's, if they have your color combo that might be a better option.

Yeah well it took a lot of pressure to get them there, and the fact that I bought an 07 TL in December helped. I also walked away 3 times before buying and held firm. They also knew I was very seriously cross shopping an 07 G35. And to be hinest Acura has been more giving than Infiniti, they wanted about $1200-$1400 over invoice on an 07 and were not very flexible. You still got a good deal and look at a dealers costs in NYC compared to ATL, their operating costs have to much more than in ATL so I suspet they want more per car.

Yeah good luck getting an 09 next year for less than MSRP for the first 6 months! I got my 04 at the 6 month mark and they only took $500 off MSRP
