Man, cars are so much cheaper in the US! 
I paid $34,335 CDN incl. tax for 07 NBP TL-S. It had just under 39,000 km (~24,000 miles). Acura certified.
Paid another $1,200 + tax for extended warranty - covered until April 2014.

2007 TL-S / CPO / Carbon Bronze / 24000 miles for $26,000 even.
Bought it in January 2010 in Ohio. Also picked up the additional bumper to bumper warranty up to 100,000 miles or 10 years for $1700.

Bought my 08 nighthawk from an Audi dealership and I think it was a steal of a deal. They just put it out one day after getting it in on a trade in, guy bought a S5. I was able to get it for 20k all in. It has 95k on it a bit high for an 08 but she will go for long time no worrys.
The sell man told me that they would keep the car max one week and if it did not sell them they would run it through the auction. So he told me give me an offer if we can take it we will. Once I told him he started to uhh and was like no we cant go that low . But after starting to walk away he ended up saying let me ask my manager . When he came back he told me congrats you just bought yourself a new car. Wow I was so happy best deal I ever seen I been looking for a type s for over a year now never thought I would of gotten a 08.
Sorry for the long story still very happy and love to see her nice and shiny clean.
