The body kit doesn't do it for me, the lines of the car flow better without it. That's why I only want the A-spec suspension, the most important component.

Nice pics!! Just wondering how much you payed for the DVD player? Is it OEM? I did not know the Navi can be compatible playing DVD. I guess that is why you have the DVD unit to play DVD movies. That is pretty cool!!!

Do you have the suspension on there? Tire gap looks big, I have A-spec kit without suspension.

Do you have the suspension? Wheel gap looks big, I have the aSpec without the suspension and am considering the suspension.

paid $840 installed it myself... bought the kit 2nd day i had my car.. just couldn't see myself without it... decided to buy it seperatley cause dealer didn't have any in stock (the kit) and they said if i wanted the kit... to just order the aspec version of the car... so i just bought without the kit.. bought the kit from another dealer...saved myself some money by installing myself... worth it i think... maybe not for every penny... still damn expensive for $840, but i don't regret it.

Question:

Do the bumper pieces fit OVER the existing bumper covers or do they replace them?

Do the kits come painted or do you have to do that yourself?

I'm especially interested in the rear as I have a little ding low on the bumper. If I have to get a new OEM cover, I would consider the A-Spec or kit.

Got mine when I bought the car. Underbodies and wing for about $1,000 installed. I think the pics posted earlier of with and without prove why you get them. Plus, around here, most people don't have them, so it helps set my car apart.

Got the ABP A-Spec in Feb. and I absolutely Love it ... it gets washed at least once a week and gets whipped down almost every day. It's my first new car so I'm babying it a bit.

rbf351 - good looking car, gonna get the A-Spec rims too?

I've got the A-Spec...I wouldn't have bought the car without it. I love the wheels (except that they are painted), the brakes, steering wheel and overall looks!

This is AEGIR's (sp?) car...He has a home page with lots of pics. Search for posts from him and click his link.

The car is sweet...and since I have NBP as well, it will hopefully be what mine ends up looking like.

I love how the kit makes the car look so much better, but still look stock at the same time. we didn't add the kit right away, but now i can't imagine my car without it.

I love my A-spec kit. Makes the TL stand out a bit from the crowd of TLs in the NJ area.
