probably $600 a piece... the shop in glendale will guarantee their work.

If I remember correctly, they charge $150.

Count me in definately. I much rather prefer the modified stock look rather than having a bare bulb seen in the headlamp. I would want 2 pairs of the smoked, for me and a friend.

What material is it going to be made off, and how will it attach? Will you need to glue it on, or can it be made sort of like a clip on, that way you don't have to worry about using adhesives?

Definately interested!

I will post more info tomorrow on the material... but as far as I know, reflectors will look the same as stocks (design wise), they will clip into the lights like stock reflectors.

I want cleared lights. I'm just a little concerned about whether they'll pass inspection, or if some amber needs to be in there.

My other concern is reliability. I don't want something that will be fogging up. Those headlights aren't cheap!

Finally someone has come through. My headlights have been cleared already but I hate the way it looks behind the orange reflector. It looks unfinished.

Come on guys lets keep this going.

It's a set L & R clear reflectors that replace the orange reflector that are in the headlight.

I would also find new orange bulbs for this b/c when you clear the reflector, the bulb will shine yellow or white and I don't think that's legal as a turn signal.

THE OFFICIAL GROUP BUY RULES

It is all right for you to run this feeler thread and find out how many people will be interested in this.

You should contact the vendor and find out how many people he would need in order to establish prices and specifications. (Which you have already done so you can skip this, since I am a little late getting this posted.)

When you reach that minimum, you can let him know and he would have to contact soopa by email at adam(at)acurazine(dot)com to make arrangements to become a vendor and post in the Sponsored Sales & Group Buys forum.

That would start the ball rolling, and each interested member could visit the Sponsored Sales & Group Buys forum to arrange for purchase and delivery.

We would appreciate it if you would not attempt to circumvent these procedures, since they are designed both for your protection and to provide revenue to this forum so it can continue to serve all the members.

I would be interested in doing this if anybody knows of a place in the DC metro area which has or knows how to bake headlights and swap out the reflectors.

Vendor and I understand these terms and once we have 20 people, he will become officia vendor.

Thanks Ron!

If you don't want to do it yourself, then the vendor or the shop will do it but you will have to mail the lights to them. I have no idea what they will charge for that but I'll find out.
