When you think about it.....the first dealer I went to could of got my sales but the salesman did not want to budge more than $500 off. So I said "See Ya Later"!! :pfawk:

Once, $100 over invoice if an ordered one arrives before they can find one to trade for. If they can find one to trade for by July 15th, $700 over invoice to cover transport and for getting me into one faster...

Once. Bought it like every other car.
Call up dealer and say "I want <color> <model> w/ <options> and I'll pay <invoice.> Do you want to make the easiest sale of the month? That is my best and final offer."
I've never had a dealer turn me down.

Twice for us. We went to one dealer at night when the one we wanted to buy from was closed, and looked at the car. Then we went to the dealer we wanted to get the car from and bought it.

I handed over the bank check, equal to the term of cash, but was never able to get any invoice deal in my whole life for such a hot/new vehicle in the first half year.
