How is leather holding up?

Hey guys, how is the leather holding up, I'm sure there are the usual stress creaks (not quite cracks)..

Does one color hold up more than the others, I'm troubled with picking a color for my car.. 1. Redondo Red with tan int, or 2. Black on black.

Any help?

i've had my car since Feb. i just cleaned and conditioned the seats with Lexol. my passenger seats still look new. the driver seat, like you mentioned, has some minor creases but they are still doing pretty well with 11, 500 miles.....btw, i have the quartz interior. i am a big black leather fan but they stopped offering WDP with black leather. i settled for the closest thing to black.....no regrets.

I have the ebony. Minor creases/wrinkles - otherwise all looks normal to me - I love this leather. I Lexol it once a month I guess. Looks very rich. Shows greasy finger prints and kid smudges I hear - I dunno myself - it is a no-go place for my 2 year old

Sorry, don't have tan or black. Have Quartz... 3 months, 3k miles, looks the same as new. Use Lexol every couple of weeks.

I have only Lexoled my seats once at about the 1 month mark and my seats look very good still. I have about 3.8K on her now and the previous butt prints seem to have subsided. The seat portion seems to bow upwards a little due to the stretching of the leather and the driver's side left seat bolster is a little more wrinkled from me getting in and out of the car 7 to 10 times a day.

I condition my seats monthly but that still has not prevented the driver seat bolster from getting some minor wrinkles. Since this is real leather, I'm not too concerned since it has the "leather" look and not plastic. If the leather was cracked I'd be upset, but this minor wrinkling doesn't bother me. I love the feel of the leather, and it's much softer and comfortable than the thick hard leather I had in my first Acura, a Legend. I guess people would say the Legend had higher quality hides, but personally I don't like the thick hard leather as much as the glove soft type in the TL...it's all a matter of personal choice...and I like the TL leather.

I've had my car for six weeks/1,300 miles.

The seats have the usual creases in them, which is to be expected with leather. No stretch marks at all.

I haven't conditioned the leather yet, but will do so next month with the stuff that came with the Zaino kit.

Regards,
