push gas and brake. get the engine to like 3000-4000 rpm then let go of the brake and go

there is thread on this topic. some one said there, that over i think about 3000rpm is too much for the engine, and will burn it.
search it.

On an automatic trans, the torque converter will heat up as you reach stall speed with your feet on the gas and brake pedals.
You will overheat the fluid and trans if you do this too long( over 30-45 seconds).
