I remember there was a quick fix in taking off the opaque cap on the blue LED bulbs under the dash to increase the light. Can't seem to find this thread though.

Yeah I was gonna say the same thing lol. Why do you need a thread to do it? They are caps just yank them off its simple.

I took off the caps on both my drivers and passengers side. The light is JUST A LITTLE BIT brighter. Driving the car at night, it still doesn't look like much. Still very dim and not really noticeable unless your shoes is under it and you can see the blue on your shoe.

It might also be because I have black floor liners, so it's kind of hard to see the blue led lighting on the black floor mats.

I wanted something a lot brighter so I just purchased these yesterday

I plan on wiring them up like my door sills. Only lights up when the door is open. When the door is closed, it will turn off. Don't want to drive around with it on at night because it can be very distracting and very annoying. Not to mention over decorative and corny.
