3K - yellow, what do you expect out of them?
If you want to see most 'output' in terms of lumens go with min 4100K. Remember the foggies are also faced more sideways than straight. What kit are you using?
Welcome to the Azine. "so if ya dont know what im talking about dont reply" and be nicer =]

Removing the 'nipple' is a bad idea... You could seriously blind people---especially when using HIDs.
I previously had Yellow "xenon"-halogen bulbs in my DRLs that were rerouted to aux-fogs [that turn on only when lowbeams were on] and it blinded the crap out of everyone. I had A LOT of trucks flick on their tailgater switch because of this. That nipple will help reduce glare and at the same time give you a cut-off for your light.

Sorry about that attitude I wasnt having a good night the other day... BUt i ordered some 35watt xentec hids which are usually good in my opinion but this is first time i ordered 3k all my friends 3k looks yellow but mines look white when yo look at it even though the floor is yellow & that nipple thing looks like its blocking full output. So im a have to try to get that out somehow. Thought someone would know..
