How do I continue XM radio after trial period?

How do I continue XM radio after trial period?
My 3 month period ends soon and I haven't been contacted as to whether I want to continue the service. Do they usually mail you something or call you? I went to their website and they don't list a phone # only email submission. What did you guys do?
