How To Clean Headliner?

I just noticed some greasy paw prints on my headliner, probably from
the shop where I had the aspec suspension installed about a month ago.

Any suggestions on how I can clean off the grease spots?

Thanks

Jerry

I used Stoner Xenit - but mild oap and water (like dish soap) should be OK.

I guess my big fear is smearing the grease stain or embedding it deeper.

I had a few marks on my headliner and used a bit of clear window cleaner on a white cotton cloth. Tried mild soap and water forst with no success. Took my time and worked it out. Used a clean detailing brush as well to help lift the dirt.

^^^ Yeah I detail cars, use window cleaner with a soft white rag and gently rub it out

if it's in cloth or any of the felt like fuzzy stuff, get a can of Blue Coral car and upholstry cleaner, it's an aerosol foam, dap it in with a toothbrush or some other semi stiff brush, let it sit a bit, then just brush it 10 strokes one direction, 10 strokes perpendicular, 10 back, it has never failed for me to get out anything. Even found 1 year old blood in one of our kitchen seats, a light rose color, and got it out after about 15 mins of 2 coats of the Blue Coral and some brushing, but it worked. I used it to get an old Coke bottle spray stain in the quartz headliner of my 98 Accord 3 years after it happened. Good Schnitt. You can also wipe it with a cloth instead of a (tooth)brush or something if you want to be more tender with it.
