Would the 3g TLS lower grilles (honey comb) fit the base 07 bumper???

 

I believe the correct answer is no. Reason being the lower foglight area is different between the base and type S. Now im sure you can do some modifications and make it work but that obviously means its not a simple plug and play job. The only part thats different as far as I know is the outter portion that houses the foglamp. Its shaped differently between the Type S and Base.

 

Yeah I just went downstairs and took a look at my 07 Type S lower grill. It is all one piece so without modifications the answer is no the Type S lower grill and base grills are NOT swapable.
