F Sport IS350 = .89g (standard IS350 is .87g)
8G Accord V6-6 = .83g
3G TL-S6 = .91g

You really think you feel that .06g??

.06g is a big difference. However, Lateral-g doesn't tell you everything about how the car will handle in the turns. Skid pad numbers are also affected by the kind of tires used too not only the suspension of the vehicle. Don't forget that the slalom (700ft) performance comes to play as well. Lexus has made further handling improvements on the F-Sport pkg IS350 over the conventional Sport pkg available on older IS350 models..... Lateral-g itself won't tell you all. I was kind of exaggerating when I said about the Accord going straight in the turns...

Que?
Oh I like Frenchy! justnspace was whining about the size of the brake kits on the IS models... which is a completely OT. He butt got sore from the other thread because I hurt his feelings...

justnspace, you drive an '06 TL Automatic?

Warning to all.

Guys,

I'm warning you now....either this stops getting personal, or I close the thread and hand out early holiday vacations.

Either keep it on topic or else.

We both made a bet that I said He will only beat me by half a car length but he states that he would beat me by a car and a half.

It would be a good race yea?
If it was a TL AUTOMATIC it would have been annihilated... It's the worst handling car too, the TL 5AT that is.... second heaviest in the group with spongy handling. And of course it's the slowest. I would take the Honda Accord.

Cutekids, let's keep on topic. Mod has clearly stated that you stay on topic or vacation......

I would take the Honda Accord 6MT over TL 6MT or TL-S 6MT.... TL is overpriced considering its terrible build quality.

I don't mind paying a premium for a "poorly" made vehicle.
