Place I'm getting my lights done r saying I need to do the whole conversion n ballast processs is this true thought I just needed the bulb

 

Your stock headlight is already HID, so you just need to replace the bulb.

 

op, you should be more specific
are you wanting hids on your fog lights, lower fog lights, DRLs, etc...

as stated, we have hids already for our low/high beam, and ANY NON-STUPID place can tell that we have HIDs already.

Maybe they thought you wanted hids in your DRL or fogs.
