Hid ??
#3
Having trouble understanding this? Our cars have HIDs on both sides, 04-06 also have auxiliary low beams so this is what you may be referring to. From what I understand from your problem is that one of your HID lights is out on one side and only your auxiliary light is on, while the other side has the HID light along with you auxiliary light?

Mine in my picture are with 85122+ 4300k bulbs. The color is taken within the colorband. People get this confused. They think you have to switch your bulbs to achieve the blue purple color which isn't true.
All you need to buy are bulbs that are D2S size.

Those are your fog lights.
Order from Outside --> Inside (towards middle car)
1. Driving Lights (deep yellow/orange...if you haven't cleared the headlights)
2. HID Bi-Xenon Headlights (D2S bulb; Factory 4300K 35watt)
3. Fog Lights (9006 Halogen)
Hopefully my info was correct but hopefully someone can confirm or make adjustments to it if needed. You should be able to replace those without having to take off the bumper but I'm not completely positive on that. I don't ever use those anyways b/c the HID's are plenty bright.

Please please please please please please please please please please please please please please please please please please please please please please please please please please please don't just put HID bulbs in the halogen housing. Get a proper projector retrofit so you can actually have a focused beam, and don't blind the crap out of oncoming traffic.

HIDs in those housings will never match. You are trying to match a bulb's color output with a prism spectrum. Just like all the cockfucks who put that shit in there thinking it will look like a projector beam, but it doesn't. It looks like blinding blue shit.
LEDs are your best option if you want your DRLs to match the environment, blend in with the daylight, and perform no real function. I think someone said on here that an HID bulb in that housing could cause it to melt.
Anybody else excited to see hour $35k cars look like civics?
