I have been considering trying to get my Nokia 3650's firmware upgraded as I have heard that callerid will work with HFP on some of the newer revs. Anyone have any info on that? For what it's worth I don't believe anything other than callerid works with the Nokia HFP implementations but I'd love to hear that I'm wrong. Anyway, today I was on the phone (using handsfree link) and I got an incoming call that had the callerid as well as the name of the caller (as I had it entered in my phones addressbook) that showed up on my MID. I was surprised but happy and am just trying to figure out who else has a nokia and how their handsfree link is working. Noticed anything either way with call waiting callerid vs. normal caller id? If you have any success with MID displayed information please include your phone model and firmware revision. See ya!
