hey all mirror painting ?
hey my 1st post browsing >1yr excellent job onsite!
my ? is i need to paint my newly acquired side mirrors, want it to look totally stock so i want to take it apart,turn sig. lens mirror etc so no traces of old color is there.Its going from silver to abyss blue pearl(abp) BTW this will be my second mod. Thxs.

need someone who did this before to give detail instructions how to totally take apart side mirrors is it doable?

If you don't know how to take them apart...I wouldn't paint them myself. bring them to a body shop and have them do it. Just my

thxs for your reply painted lots of parts came out great but this is pretty tircky to take apart so thats why i would appreciate help on takin it apart thxs 4 ur

I'm with Tim.. I have no clue on how to take them apart but I'd take them to a body shop since they can easily color match them.. and guarantee it

Body shop. Go cheap on the paint job and it will chip. Especially a part of the car that gets hit head on with debris while you're driving.

I am buying the paint from Paintscratch, (base coat, paint , clear coat) and having my friend paint them via Airbrush and air compressor.
