If the dealer is selling for $21,483, the dealer usually has a couple thousands dollars of wiggle-room built in. I would try lower than $20K. Probably around $18.5 or so.

Price depends on supply vs. demand and what the dealer paid for the car at the auction. The dealer has more wiggle room if it was able to buy the car at a "cheap"price.

Black Book shows 18,550 trade in value for an average condition car in Texas. 20,225 trade in value for a excellent car.

The ad price seems decent if the car is indeed in "immaculate" condition as claimed. Dealers mark up used cars more than new ones.
