Help with pricing on this 2008 Acura TL

i offered him 19k but he said he can sell it to carmax for 22k. is 22k a reasonable price for this TL?

I think $22K is a bit much.
I bought my TL back in April for $21.5 from a private party (Craigslist) deal.
I bolded everything mine had that yours does not (good negotiating points):
08 TL base
Navigation
34K miles
rear lip spoiler
tint
WDP paint
In all fairness, there were two minor road rash areas on the car (not huge but noticeable) and it had 2 previous owners, but other than those, the car was pristine.
I think $22K is overpriced given that information.
