Help with LED and wigwag install

Hey guys I need some help with placement and install of LEDs on my 06 TL.

I want to place these leds in my grill(s).

I was thinking two on top and two on bottom, but i dont know where or how i should mount them. Also, i need them to be visible to the car in front of me. do i need to do any modification to the grill in order to do this?

Also, I would like to install wig wags. I know that it could possibly burn out the main headlights, but would it be safe to install them on the fog lights?

http://www.swps.com/whelheadflas.html

thanks!

Check under his Screen Name.

Im sure there is some law that allows FireFighters to have these type of lights on their cars so if they get called into the station for a fire/emergency.

Igor13 correct me if im wrong though.

As far as mounting them...
The farther forward in the grill the better as far as visibilty to other drivers..
Off the top of my head a simple double sided taping to the plastic behind the lower vents would be very easy to do. The uppers may be a challenge because alot of the center grill is solid and nothing behind to mount them to.

Good luck, i know this has been done before so maybe someone else can chip in more info.

more like an "explorer" . my 30 year old brother is a firefighter and there are "explorer" programs where high school kids hang out at the station after school and on weekends and learn about the job. they even get shirts that say they are firefighter explorers.

mount them behind the grille... not the lower grill the upper grill... the lower grill is far tooo low... put 2 above on each end of the "wing" and 2 on the bottom... that way it will flash center mass if you will

In most small towns with volunteer fire departments kids as young as 15 are trained .

I know in my town kids that are trained and ride on the trucks are allowed to have lights such as these so they can get to the station. Besides the fact that what does it matter. Why are you guys stopping him.

His car he can do what he wants.

Well the wigwags can be done on the highbeams or the fogs. Just don't do them on the hids.

Just to clarify...I am only seventeen and I am a "junior" volunteer firefighter. However, my dad is also a firefighter so when we go on calls i am allowed to use the lights.

I agree that the lower grills are a little low, but i don't think I would have enough room to do four in the upper grill. I am getting a good price on four so why not?

I know that double side tape could possible work, but i also want to keep them stealthy or at least look like they are built in. If i cut a hole in the lower grill would there be a way I could mount it through the hole?

This member did something similar to what I am looking to do in the upper grill...but i am wondering how he mounted them. He hasn't been online for 2 months though so i cant really ask him. https://acurazine.com/forums/religion-politics-18/us-proposal-end-nk-nuke-standoff-145140/

Thanks

i wouldn't do any cutting, i would mount it behind the lower grills... that would be stealthy... do you also have some on the dash board, because if you do than 2 on the front grille will work... good luck with the project, and thanks for being a volunteer firefighter at such a young age... I look up to that
