^you give JNC a deposit on headlights, he sends you a pair, you take yours off and install the ones he sends you, then you send him your headlights to modify, then he sends them back all finished, and you send back HIS headlights, and you get your deposit back.

no down time on your part.

Wow, more steps than I thought. I didn't know he sent a temp pair of headlights, I guess I had thought that you got headlights that he had on hand, and then you sent your headlights back for him to keep. Makes sense though I guess, since you would likely want to keep your own headlights. Thanks Aaron.

I'm sure it will all depend on the quaility of the headlights. I don't think JnC will want to send you a quality pair of headlights and you send him your headlights that are not up to par on the swap.

Actually you added one extra step

1) You put down deposit, I start work on one of MY sets.
2) I finish work, ask for payment to cover parts, labor etc.
3) Once second payment is made, lights get shipped.
4) You get the lights, instal them, send your old ones back for a full refund of your initial deposit.

I am ok with them having road wear to an extent. Hence is the reason I clarify everything before we proceed, I do not take lights that have been involved in any an accident. Usually its different from one project to another.

Hmmmmm I'll have to remember that. My lights aren't terrible, not damaged in any serious manner, but I don't have the tools to properly clean/refinish them.

JnC you trying to do a set fo free? Hella exposure of your work
