and i know there are places out there that have them at discounted prices.

Sounds like you don't really want a full A-Spec kit (rear, sides and front lip) but rather are simply seeking a front lip by itself. If that's the case, there are a LOT of options (yes, in a specific color as well). Do a search on this site. Names like hondaworld and a Las Vegas Acura dealership come to mind.
