What are you worried about? You should be fine. The only place I'd be sketched out about taking my car to for an oil change is a Jiffy Lube.

You're perfectly fine for going to honda, after all, acuras are hondas.
You're wallet may potentially thank you for going to honda as well (provided the obvious, lol)

But, maybe try to DIY it given that you have the room and tools to do so. Its cheaper and you can assure quality as you will put in you preferred oil and filter rather than whatever the dealership decided to buy in bulk that month

Honda Techs must be stoked, they get to drive a TL, usually all they drive everyday are accords, civics, I would be stoked too.

yeah, you know if your oil life meter gets to 0% then the car shuts of and the nav system notifies Acura you were naughty and they take your car away...

odds are the $40 you paid wasn't synthetic... but oh well... if you bring your own oil the oil changes are 20 at acura... food for thought

Next time book the appt at 15% if you don't want to change it yourself. Do this at the honda dealership though.
