So I have this issue on my passenger side headlight.
When I turn the headlights on full, it's supposed to have the HID's and the amber light ON.

1 Day - When I turned the headlights on full
- Amber light OUT
- Amber Indicator Signal WORKS
- Headlight Works

2 Day
- Entire Side fully stopped.

The light from the side fender still works on that side, and I also had tapped into the parking lights for my LED Strips and those still work too. (I did the LED most almost 2 years ago so that shouldn't be the problem).


Anyone have any idea what the issue can be?

okay so you tapped the LED into the parking lights. the LED works and parking lights dont? then it HAS to be bulb dead because that means the source has power.

Isnt it weird that the parking bulb and the headlight HID went out pretty much at the same time...

So I noticed today...
When I first turn the headlights on the headlight flickers for about 1 second.
The amber light is not doing anything.
The indicator still works...

Does this mean my HID is blown.
Amber bulb different bulb from the Indicator bulb?

how is the splice? ive seen instances where the splice still worked perfect but the original part did not because it was rigged and the wire started to corrode from the inside.

hmm I have no idea what a splice even is...
I didnt even take the headlights off yet to see how the bulb looks like.

tap = splice

bend the wire around where you tapped in for the led and make sure it doesnt feel crunchy
