Once a week I work a morning at a small hospital 70 miles from my regular practice. I live up in the northwoods so there are no populated areas on the way, just occasional farms and mixed decidious and evergreen forests. I leave around dawn to arrive just before 8:00 AM. As a drive down the road listening to Andrea Bocelli singing Verdi arias on DVD at full volume, an enormous golden sun appears in front of me on the horizon peeking through the trees. I'm doing a steady 75 and besides that sonorous, powerful voice everything is silent, I am content......
