Smile Hand full of TL's in my town.

So there's probably about 5-6 3rd gen TL's in my town, but only 2 are SSM. All of which are not modified in any way except mine recently. Anyways, I was driving to work today, and stopped at a light, here comes the other SSM TL in the opposite direction stuck at the light. So I can see him staring with his jaw to the ground, rolls down his window as he drives by to stick his head out and continue staring after i've passed by. I must say, I don't have much done to it, but it sure gets a lot of attention. hehe

Yup this is the trend that always happens with the TL's as the new generation comes out, since the prices on the previous gen drop in price dramatically.

Also how can you say you don't have much done to it when you have a $3k body kit on your car?!? LoL

I dont think there is a handful of anything here. I saw 2 R8s when I went over to MTV studios the other day and 2 new GTRs when I was over in Santa Monica. TLs are everywhere...I see tons, usually stock with old people driving. Very rarely I will see a modded TL but they are around...

lol, I moved to Wyoming from Boston for work, I used to see tons of TL's too. Now that I'm here, it's so rare that I see them anymore. It makes me happy at times to be unique, but also sad, cause I'm so far away from all the Acurazine meets.

I'm in the same boat. Not many TL's around. I've only see 3 others on the road. 1 A-spec, 1 base, and 1 Type-S. The nearest Acura dealership is 200+ miles away. It's nice being rare.

Where in Brooklyn are you? I'm down there every week and I see another WDP TL-S Down in Bay Ridge. For all I know I might be the one whos ass you want to kick!!! Last weekend I was walking around with my girl and I passed 4 TL-S's within 6 blocks of each other. Everytime I passed another one I had to stop and kiss my girl just so I could get a good look at each of them. Is that a bad thing??? Kissing my girl so I can check out another TL? I feel like I'm cheating on my TL by checkin out the other ones. Shit, I hope my girl doesn't find out what I'm doing

I haven't seen many around my town either. There is one base that I pass almost everyday. I have yet to see another Type-S in town.

I'm glad I don't live where some of you live because I like being the only one around with this car. One of the things that attracted me to this car is that it was pretty uncommon.

I see another 3rd gen about once a week at most here in ontario, and I live in a pretty big city.

TSXs are a lot more common, as are 2nd gen TLs.

This thread makes me wonder whether I bought the white TL-S that I saw some time ago (and the only time)... The previous owner lives in the same area. Maybe I've never seen it but for some reason the color white was associated with TL-S in my mind so I went though a little trouble to get one.

Blame RonJon wheels for that since they have had that WDP TL for a long time on their site ... LOL ... somehow I feel cheated for having a NBP ... LMAO ...
