Ehh... I got a ticket a few days ago. I was clocked at 89 in a 70. I was driving my girlfriend's 08 Altima Coupe.

My question is... on my ticket, the officier wrote my DOB on the Expiration & my Expiration on my DOB. Is it possible to get the ticket discard for this?

Also, the officier said the ticket will not effect my gf's insurance or mine... just attend court & pay the fees... which is it $165 & 2 hrs of traffic school.

 

In NYC that would be thrown out.
