Got a Reckless Need HELP!!!!!!

I was driving down to the Outer Banks this past Friday, I live in Virginia so I was driving on 95 where there was lots of traffic and then I got on 295 where there was none. I don't really remember how fast I was going, but I knew I was speed and then I saw him, I hit the brakes but the lights went on. Fuck I pulled over and he said I was going 99 and asked way I was going that fast, I didn't respond and he asked me for my license which i lost the week before and was putting off to the last minute to get a new one. He went to his car and then came back with the tint meter. Virginia legal is 50% in the front and 35% in the back. I had 12%. So I got two tickets one for a reckless (99 in a 65) and a tint ticket, I have court on July 1st, any advice would be awsome

By the way I just turned 18 so I'm legally an adult and I have no other tickets.

2006 WDP
12% Tint

Bend over and spread em? You're screwed because you were being stupid and now you want to get out of it? Maybe you should think about the consequences before you go driving around at 100 mph with no license next time.
