Got My Baby Back!

Got 3rd gear replaced. Hasn't even been 30 minutes since getting her back so I'll try to keep you folks who are interested updated as to how she runs.

Did a walk around before leaving the dealership and everything looked fine.
I forgot to tell them not to wash the car, but no biggie.
7 miles were added to the Odo
Reverse works fine

To the OP who have gotten this work done, does the shifter seem like it sits a little higher than before? I had an automatic as a loaner for a little over 2 weeks so it might just be me

Well, that's all I have for now. I'll keep you guys posted.

I had my 3rd gear set replaced about 3 weeks ago. Car shifts like butter in all gears. No, I dont think shifter sits any higher.

It depends on the context I suppose. OP has been used as other people, over powered, and yes, original poster.

From now on, I'll use OP as Original Poster when posting on these forums to avoid any confusion. I'm still a newbie with <50 posts, but thanks for going easy on me

Yes it does shift a lot smoother now. I was hesitant at first to do the fix because of the horror stories I've read about Acura's service department, but so far my experience with this one has been good.
