Got To Brag On St. Louis Acura/ Mungenast

Took my 05 in yesterday for both the wiper motor and power steering hose recalls. They gave me an MDX for a loaner (I hate SUVs, but it was nice), but the kicker was when we returned to pick up my baby, the service manager said "oh yeah, we noticed that your battery tested weak, so we replaced it under warranty. No Charge".

My TL was purchased October of 04 and has 87,772 miles on her, and they replaced my friggin battery??!! No charge???!!!

I know it's small compensation for going through 3 recalls, and two warranty repairs, but damn!, that's what I call excellant service.

Thanks to JEFF HABERL, and the guys & gals at St. Louis Acura.

Wish I liked the 09 TL better, but they do have a Lexus dealership next door!

Their dealership is awesome, I purchased my TL from them. They have excellent service and excellent sales. Good to hear they helped you out.

I find Acura has for some reason the best sales people/service people in the nation...I don't know what it is if theres a Draft Pick and their always first but man....I walk into any dealer outside of Acura and its scrum of the earth I walk into my Open Road Acura here in NJ and i'm greated with a handshake and treated like royalty...my last experience was also the 2 recalls:

I walked in and was like I just need this done by 1 and hes like do you want to wait and im like no its no big deal their like you've got an emmaculate record with us don't worry and i walked into the waiting room waiting for my ride to work (I don't do loaners yet not old enough) and i notice about 10 people (Mind you its 7:30am) waiting apparently on their cars and yet as I walked outside I noticed them driving my car from the Valet right into the service the guy walked out and said I jumped you to the front of the line.

O.O And I wasn't even staying there!

<3 my Open Road people!

I was thinking the same thing!!! I been getting loaners at Jay Wolfe Acura here in Springfield since I was 23......

But I agree with you in terms of Acura having best service. I been trying to find a shop to get an alignment. GM, Chevy, Mercedes, Nissan dealerships don't even know what kind of alignment rack they have. Once I hear they dont know, I just "walk it out".....
