Any good recommended shops in tri-valley or East Bay? I want who are honest to tourque every nut to the service manual recommendation and works on Acuras.

Try Art's Automotive in Berkeley (www.artsautomotive.com) or Precision Auto Repair in Pleasanton (www.precisionautorepair.com). My dad has used Precision many times in the past with a great experience. I've heard good things about Art's Auto.

Btw, both have their own conservative service schedules, as they do not believe in the Maintenance Minder system and/or extended service intervals.

Any idea how much they would charge for a 100k tuneup? Basically all belts and water pump? I currently have 108k on my 2002 TL-S

I have been using Kenny's in Fremont for a couple years now for both Acuras and my Lexus. He specializes in Japanese cars. He is extremely knowledgeable and does great work. My daughter also takes her two Hondas to him. Kenny is located on Albrae off 880 in South Fremont. Let me know if you want a phone number.

Honda/Acura Motorsports off Whipple Road in Union City is a place I HIGHLY recommend. I used to own a '98 Integra GS-R that I used to bring there for all my issues and they're great people with honest work. My family, including most of their friends have been bringing their Hondas/Acuras there for over 10 years.
