A good dealer experience

I've read so many "my dealer sucks" stories on this web site, I thought I share a good experience at my dealer. For those of you that don't know, I purchased my 07' TL-S a month ago in NJ from a high-end pre-owned car dealer. The car was very low mileage off a lease from the Acura dealer down the road from the pre-owned dealer. I was always concerned about buying from dealer other than my local Acura dealer, but tonight (when I took my car in for service) I was pleasently surprised.

I was fully expecting to be treated like a red-headed child, but I couldn't be more wrong. I took the car in to get a PA state inspection, oil change, and get a rattle checked in the steering column. The gentleman at the counter treated me just as if I had purchased my car from them, offered me courtousy transportation and even offered a loaner vehicle for me. Oh, and they will not charge me for state-inspection!!! And the oil change and emmissions test were very resonably priced (i think about $45 each).

Props to Montgomeryville Acura!!!!

That dealer is closest to me but I got my car from another one because they are had the car I wanted (Sussman). Their customer service/communication wasn't exceptional though... so I may go to Montgomeryville in the future.
