Always negotiate on the price. Saying that, it's not an outrageous price and some people would pay that much depending on the condition. Is it a private sale or dealer?

Id say thats a little much, thats not exactly low mileage for a 6 year old car. If its in good condition and you could get it for like 16.5 you'd be golden.

 

^^that's about avg miles for the age of the car at 15k mi a year.

OP you need to look at KBB, nada and edmund's pricing to get an idea of what is "fair" and then look at the existing market to see what they are going for.
