Is this a good deal?
An 04 black TL with navigation and around 135,000 miles for $10,900? I took a test drive and everything felt nice and smooth, but I'm still gonna get a Carfax.
I'm going back tomorrow, is there anything I should look out for?

that is a crap load of miles man. idk if i would buy any car with that amount of miles no matter what the price is.
if u are patient, there are better deals out there. u just have to wait and be patient. i just bought my 2nd TL for $15000 with 60k miles, aspec body kit, aspec wheels and new suspension with new tires.

Yeah, its alot of miles. The thing is I only have around $11-12,000 to spend. I was originally looking around for an RSX but ran into this so I just wanted to see if I should jump on the deal or not.

if u r deciding between this car and an rsx ... go for the tl if all the services have been done on time, and you can verify it with records, i dont c why it should be a problem and i would get it for like 10k if possible ...

my advice would be to spend (finance) a couple K more, to get one with perhaps 20-40k less miles. General rule is for every thousand you finance its an extra 20 bucks a month, so for an extra $40 a month, perhaps you can find one with 60-80K on it-

Uptown, walk from this car. You'll be able to find a better TL with less than 100,00+ miles. Patience Grasshopper!

i think its a good deal, But sellers that sell cars set price high so it can be knocked down anyways, so you can probilly ge tit for 9k if you are good enough. last year i sold my 96 honda civic hatch back for 9500, with stock donuts! and sold the rims for 800! so i douno. if you can talk them down a good amount i would say it is a good deal.

Well I decided to listen to you guys and look for a better deal. I just bought a silver one with no navi for $10,000. It has around 108,000 miles on it.
He originally wanted $10,900 but I talked him down to $10,000. Cars in great condition too.

Uptown, just be really careful-you've got a car with a lot of miles on it. I hope you were able to get the engine checked out first-before you put down your hard earned cash. Yes, it's technically a Honda-yes, it will run for a long time. But di you really upgrade from the original TL you were looking at? Just be sure the engine is in good shape-timing chain, etc.

i wud say stay away from it. if you can get together a couple more grand for a lower mileage car that would be better. remember be patient..unless u absolutely need a car right now
