good deal?

I've been quoted for a leftover 2005 and a new 2006 (both 6MT w/navi) for 32700 and 34000, respectively. Are these good deals right now? I don't have sales tax which is nice.

I'm leaning towards the 06 since I want the ipod integration coming out soon and the TPMS...I also read something on the 2006 press release on something that reduces torque steer that acura added.

Also, what options are recommended from the dealer? I was looking at the all-season mats, and the deck-lid spoiler.

Thanks.

HaHa - Good one. At the stroke of midnight it will turn into a pumpkin, huh? I mean REALLY! These cars are priced TODAY at the fair market valuation. When you DIRVE IT OFF THE DEALERS LOT it does loose some value but the fact that it is an 05 in Jan of 06 doesn't mean SQUAT! The "in-service" date is FAR more imporantant than the year of the car itself. Maybe your young and just didn't realize this yet so hopefully you will take this in the educational manner intended.
