Is this a good deal for a non-navi ?

$399.00 tax inc. for 48 months (lease)
12k mi per yr
$1500 total out of pocket

Don't know..I sent my wife to see a friend of mine thats works at an Acura dealer for a test drive. I can't do anything until Toyota takes their lemon 4Runner back and gives me a check.
