Hey Guys,

I bought the blue leds from tec-toyz.com on ebay, and I was able install all of them but i ran into problems w/ the center console and glove box bulbs

1. I was able to pop off the center console assembly but how exactly do i get to the bulb?

2. I was attempting to get to the glovebox led, and let me first say there is practically no room to play w/. Anyways, I used a flat head and I only got the plasitic piece off, which I think is not suppose to happen. I went pop it back in, and all that did was loosen the assmply so now its not even in place. Does anyone know how I can get to that thing

Any help would be much appreciated.

Guys,

I was able to figure it out.

Center Console Light:
- Carefully pry out the console box light lens
- Turn the bulb socket 45 degress counterclickwise to remove it from the lense
- Pull bulb and replace
- Do the opposite to reinstall

Glovebox Light:
- Remove the glove box stops and damper hook
- Caefully pry the glove box light out of the glove box housing
- Twist the socket to remove it from the glove box light
- Install in reverse order

where is the glove box light? mine is out and can't really see it. Also do you have pics? I am attempting the same conversion as you.

btw... the center and rear dome lights look a bit dim. I have the 6 led lamps. Should have gotten the 9's from tec toyz.
