Glove box catch arm P/N

I need the catch arm for the glove box and one of the push clips that hold the plastic "box" part (top of box near latch, there are two of them). I have tried to search on various parts catalogs, but none of them have the arm or the clip. I broke one clip because I didn'nt know the trick to remove it. I broke one arm (the little tab that holds it in) taking it out to change my cabin filter. Hopefully my descriptions are acceptable. If possible provide a link or just a part number. Thanks a lot.

Thank you, I think I need number 7, but it's not on parts list. Any idea how I could find out what number 7 is. I think 3 is the rubber part that slides on the arm. The clips don't seem to be there either. Hmmm. Have to come up with another plan.
Thanks again,
eric

Looks to me like item 7 is part of the Outlet Assembly (see how it's lined/blocked off with the outlet).

I think you need item 11 (pretty sure that's the catch/holder arm).

Clips are items 20, 28 and 31. I am guessing Item 20 is the one you need - there are 13 of them in the assembly.

The thing about a lot of these clip fasteners is that they're a dime a dozen. If you've got an Acura or Honda dealer close by, just stop in and show the parts guy what you need.

11 is the damper assembly. Look at the upper right corner of the picture, I think it is the actual box assembly. I need the arms that go in the holes on the left and right side near the number 23 or 22. The dealership is 1.5 hours away, so it's not practical for me to drive to get a clip that I can live without (would rather not though). I would like to get an arm however since it puts an extra load on the one remaining arm. Thanks.

When I looked this up the first time I randomly selected 2005 since they are all the same, and as luck would have it that's the one that didn't list the parts you need.

I replaced the link with the 2004 and it shows both parts you are looking for. Then I checked 2006 and 2007 also and those parts are not listed, so they may have either discontinued them or replaced them with something.

You can call the parts department and ask them to check those part numbers to see if they are still available.

Ron A the 2007 does not have the same glove box assemblies as earlier models. The early models had some little roller/gear assembly on the left and right side that had to be disconnected to drop the glove box.

The 2007 doesn't have those (TL-S anyway). To drop the glove box, you just squeeze the back to release the box around two stops. Much simpler design, much easier to drop the inner box.

blueracer: sorry. I thought you meant the arm on the right outer side of the box that clips to the inner box. I can see where item 7 looks like what you need. Odd placement in the drawing though - the way it appears to be associated with the oulet assembly instead of the inner box.

Hopefully you've got what you need now - at least as far as the arms.

same arm problem 2008 Acura TSX

Hey, I couldn't figure out how you fixed the problem eventually. I was replacing the cabin filter and broke the arm just like you did. I'm wondering how hard it is to replace that arm. Did you have to replace just the arm or the damper assembly. I'm guessing that I'll have to replace part 20 from this list in the worst case.
