Just picked up an 06 TL A/T Black on Black with tinted windows and white LED's in the license plate lighting housing this past Monday
It currently has 97k and paid 11k after taxes for it...what do you guys think?
I've been reading these past days that I should do a complete fluid flush and will probably replace the two resistors/switches on the transmission.
This car has been amazing these past couple of days, just need to install an AUX cable to make the drives a lot more enjoyable!
Any other tips/advice?

Welcome and congrats!
The price wasn't bad but keep in mind you have the 105k service coming up, which includes replacing the timing belt and a few other key components, and it's not cheap. I've seen prices range from $500 to $1500 depending on where the car is taken.

hi and welcome. for reference, I just did the timing belt / water pump complete service, plus some extras, at the dealer. labor rates were a bit high (downtown Chicago @ $135/hr) and I got it done for $1400 (timing belt, timing tensioner, idler, adjuster, water pump, drive belt, spark plugs)

Wow thanks guys, definitely feel the warm welcome!
Got a few minor annoyances, the hazards button won't light up when I turn on my lights:
Also, the button to heat up the side mirrors doesn't light up either (the 01 MDX I had a lit up button) :
I'm not sure if the bulbs are kaput or if Acura made poor design decisions
I'll try get some decent pics of the TL tomorrow

Bummer to know the bulbs are out
Currently am on a mission to get all the maintenance done:
I believe this car still has some sort of warranty left on it since it came with a warranty booklet and the second owner bought it as a CPO vehicle (I have both the original window sticker & CPO Acura window sticker)
I've been reading though the warranty booklet so I have a few questions:
Does this 7 year/100k power train warranty transfer to me?
If so, what components should I have replaced?
Also, I read though the CarFax and apparently this car hasn't been to the dealership for any recalls, but from what I've read, there has been some recalls for the 06 TL...can somebody give some pointers as to how I should approach the dealership regarding these recalls?
Thanks again!

All warranties are different, it is a legally binding document. If you are referring to an original 7yr/100K warranty, then no it wouldn't, you car is now 8+ years old. if you are referring to the CPO warranty then maybe. Have to know if that warranty is transferable. You would need a copy of that CPO warranty to know for sure, or just ask Acura.

Welcome to the site (a little late) about the CPO warranty if you bought from private party then the warranty is transferable to you. As far for all the light bulbs went out. The heated mirror button doesn't have any bulb, for
Other one they are pain in the ass to get to them.
