GEICO Lowered My Rate!
I can't believe it. I just got a $225 credit in the mail from GEICO. They lowered my TL insurance by $450 a year because I've been with them 20 years with a clean record.
When I first got the TL I was surprised how expensive it was to insure it. I was paying $1800 a year on my Accord V6, and the rate on the TL went up to $2300. Now it's just about the same.
Also after reading what it costs to replace the acoustic glass we have, I'm going to get glass coverage. They only want $46 a year for it, and there's no deductible. It's well worth it.

wow...i'm glad i don't live in the city. I pay around 1800/year for the TL and this is just coming out of a 6month suspension and a clean record up until that point.

$800? A YEAR?? Blinking Flip!
I'm paying $900 for an 11 year old Wrangler!
The other cars are $1400 (02 QX4) and $1350 (04 3/4 ton Ram). But my limits are higher than the legal minimum because I have an Umbrella policy (BI = $500K)

That rate's for 2 37 year olds - no tickets for either. I had an accident back in 97, but that should have dropped off by now. Also, we have auto/home/umbrella with AAA, so it's supposed to be cheaper. It's probably 'cos we're in Vegas.
