Gasoline - any favorites here?
I always use premium gas per the factory recommendation, but was wondering is there a favorite brand on this forum? Or does it matter at all (shop price only). I usually use Shell out of long time habit. Thanks. Steve

Are you guys both on the west coast? I'm in Maryland I see very few Chevron stations. Plus it seems like Sunoco is buying up a lot of the Mobil stations also. Additionally in this area the 3 choices are 87, 89, 93 octane. I never see 91 which (logically) should be a few cents less than the 93 I've been using.

Shell must have known about us!
I ONLY use Shell V-Power, unless I'm almost out of gas and have no alternative.
I've tried all the major brands in the NYC area ... BP, Exxon, Mobil, Citgo, Hess, Sunoco, and Getty.
V-Power gives this car the best throttle response, hands down.
Any brand that's a Top Tier Gas, www.toptiergas.com will work, http://www.toptiergas.com/retailers.html

Usually Texaco 93. Most convienient to home.
Shell or BP as typical alternates.

I was going to say as long as its Top Tier, but DMZ was already here!
Do not use 89. Some areas only get 93 for a variety of reasons, but its needed there.
We get 91 out west- high compression engines require good gas/octane.
Techroline is a gas cleaner- which is like using a little seafoam all the time to keep everything at top performance. Chevrons statement is that continued use will clean and maintain......its not a full strength dose with 1 tank, but more a good maintainer
