Premium costs roughly 10-15 cents more per litre here. That's 40-60 cents more per gallon.

theres a hundred of these threads here and a billion and a half more on the web. Now going through all this, i think everything has been covered on both sides. So everyone make your own decision and put whatever you want in your tank. You know the info, now you make the call. Stop trying to convince people to fill with this or only this.
If you guys really wanna save money and MPG, maintain your car and air up those tires.
