probably just has to do with fitment. the skirts may be oem, but they can't be a PERFECT match, like the front lip and rear lip...

Its like that on all 3G TL's. Its the way they snap together. Its just the design of the mould.

Well it's good to know that everyone's TL has this gap, I thought mine was in some sort of bad collision or something cause all the other gaps look kinda uniform.

i always wondered why they designed it to have a gap...
but if you look, the gap lines up with the lines of the doors... still weird to me

The A-Spec side skirt has it too

RJ sides dont....Versus dont either. IM pretty sure honda did it that way for many reasons.... one of them is packaging and shipping costs
