I was reading through some of the stories on this site and this is not only the funniest racing story I have ever heard, It is just plain one of the funniest things I have ever read! Without further comment, my vote for funniest racing story goes to:

OWNED by a mom in a minivan!

I was driving home tonight, and this lady in her minivan looks over at me and revs her engine. I was like WTF? It's an early 90's Chrysler Caravan (they were Chrysler in Canada, not Dodge until recently). So I say to myself, what the hell is she trying to do. The light was still red, and her tires squeal as she goes off the line. I come off the line smooth and press my foot to the floor until I hit 4000 or so in second gear. She was about 4 car lengths ahead of me! I stop at the next red light and look over. The van says "turbo" on the side in light blue lettering!
